We guarantee customer satisfaction with our products. If you find an ink or toner cartridge purchased from us (or any other product we sell) is unsatisfactory, please return it to the store for an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee policy and procedures may be modified or withdrawn at any time by Rapid Refill Corp. or individual Rapid Refill franchisees.
